PhD Opening — REACT MSCA Doctoral Network

iQrypto is looking for a Doctoral Candidate to join the REACT MSCA Doctoral Network and work on IoT SoC designs for CMOS Quantum Random Number Generators.
The project focuses on secure hardware design, CMOS QRNG integration, analogue and digital electronics, measurement and characterisation of systems, and the exploration of RISC-V or alternative processor architectures for embedded quantum-secure applications.
The PhD includes two planned secondments: 6 months at RUG in the Netherlands and 6 months at IHP in Germany.

Full-Stack / Systems Software Developer
Location: Malta
Work mode: Hybrid
iQrypto is looking for a Full-Stack / Systems Software Developer to join its Malta office and contribute to software tools for advanced electronics, data acquisition, quantum random number generation, and secure hardware systems.
The role involves front-end and back-end development, databases, Linux-based systems, device communication, and hardware-facing software. Relevant skills include Python, C, C++, .NET, Qt, Linux, SQL and NoSQL databases, APIs, and interest in device drivers or low-level hardware interfaces.
This is a hybrid position for someone who enjoys working across software, electronics, and embedded systems.

Technical Engineering Intern

iQrypto is looking for a Technical Engineering Intern to support ongoing work in electronics, embedded systems, data acquisition, testing, and hardware-software integration.
The internship is suited for a student or early-career engineer interested in quantum technologies, secure hardware, laboratory measurements, PCB testing, FPGA or microcontroller systems, and Python-based automation.
