Our approach to work
At iQrypto, we believe some of the best engineering happens when people work side by side.
Hardware development requires direct collaboration, access to equipment, laboratory measurements and hands-on experimentation.
On-site work is our primary model, especially for roles involving hardware development, prototyping, testing and laboratory activities.
Belgium
Our core engineering and hardware activities are primarily on-site.
We value working closely together, solving technical problems in person and building a strong team around real projects.
Malta
As we develop our activities in Malta, we recognize that different roles may require different working arrangements.
Hybrid working may be considered for suitable positions, depending on responsibilities, project requirements and the need for physical laboratory access.
This is not a company-wide remote-work entitlement. Specific arrangements are determined by the requirements of each position and communicated during recruitment.

Engineering doesn't always work the first time.
Experiments fail. Circuits behave unexpectedly. Prototypes need redesigning. Sometimes the solution takes longer than expected.
